涡轮盘优化设计中的热边界载荷控制效果研究

Control effect study on thermal boundary loading in optimization design of turbine disk

  • 摘要: 针对航空发动机涡轮盘结构优化设计,在等热负荷及等冷气耗量前提下,采用热边界载荷控制构建轮盘上有利的温度分布,以ISIGHT软件为基础搭建的集建模-CFD分析-FE(有限元)分析-优化设计在同一流程下的多学科优化设计平台为工具,研究热边界载荷优化在涡轮盘优化设计中的应用效果.结果表明:热边界载荷的优化可以实现质量减轻和应力水平同时下降的目的,下降水平决定于热边界载荷分配系数,当热边界载荷分配系数取0.1和0.2时,盘心最大等效应力下降值分别为5.93%和12.01%,质量下降值分别为1.25%和2.24%.
