Experiment on axial clearance on high-speed dual-turbine rotor stability

  • 摘要: 通过轴向间隙静态试验判断轴承供气压力不同时的轴向间隙,采用时间三维谱图、轴心轨迹、频谱分析等非线性振动测试及分析方法,研究了轴向间隙对高速涡轮转子稳定性的影响.结果表明:当左右两侧轴向间隙不相等时,在升速过程中会出现气膜振荡和半速涡动现象;当左右两侧轴向间隙相等时,气膜振荡和半速涡动消失,能提高轴承转子系统的稳定性.
