Study on thermometry of leading edge of rotating turbine blade by thermochromic liquid crystal

  • 摘要: 建立了基于频闪拍照和液晶测温技术的旋转态全环涡轮叶片前缘外壁面温度场测量系统,研究了不同旋转状态下前缘外壁面温度场特性。实验结果表明:该系统能够获取旋转状态下全环涡轮叶片前缘外壁面温度分布,并具有足够的分辨率和精度;随着旋转数的增加,前缘气膜冷却效率整体呈下降趋势,且加剧了压力面和吸力面气膜冷却效率的不均衡。
