Vibration test of high speed flexible rotor due to the suddenunbalance

摘要: 针对航空发动机高速柔性转子系统叶片丢失所造成的突加不平衡激励,基于结构/力学特征等效原则,建立高速柔性悬臂转子系统试验器,对突加不平衡及持续碰摩所产生的附加激励下转子系统振动响应进行试验测试,并对其时域/频域响应特征进行分析。结果表明:突加不平衡瞬时具有显著冲击效应,转子系统瞬态振动响应加剧,并激起转子横向模态振动;转静件之间的持续碰摩会产生约束作用使转子系统临界转速提高,呈现非线性振动,产生谐波振动频率成分。Abstract: A high speed flexible cantilever rotor test rig was established to investigate the vibration response of the turbofan rotor in time domain and frequency domain under the suddenunbalance and the rubimpact caused by blade loss, based on the equivalence principle of structural/mechanical characteristics. The research showed that, suddenunbalance led to significant impact on rotor, the aggravation of the rotors transient response, and flexural resonance of rotor; the rubimpact between rotor and stator resulted in the increase of the critical speed of rotor and the nonlinear vibration with the super harmonic frequencies.
