二冲程发动机分缸不均匀性分析

Individual cylinder imbalance analysis of two-stroke engine

  • 摘要: 针对两缸二冲程航空发动机缸间不均匀性问题,运用试验、仿真相结合的方法分析引起缸间不均匀性原因,建立发动机GT-Power一维仿真模型,通过缸压信号对发动机不同工况分缸不均匀性进行仿真分析,并进行发动机台架试验,对比分析不同工况发动机两缸缸压和空燃比。结果表明:引起缸间不均匀性的原因是缸间进气和喷油的差异,小负荷主要影响因素为喷油差异,部分负荷主要影响因素为缸间进气差异,且随节气门开度的增大差异减小,为发动机均匀性控制的软硬件实现提供理论依据。
