Individual cylinder imbalance analysis of two-stroke engine

摘要: 针对两缸二冲程航空发动机缸间不均匀性问题,运用试验、仿真相结合的方法分析引起缸间不均匀性原因,建立发动机GT-Power一维仿真模型,通过缸压信号对发动机不同工况分缸不均匀性进行仿真分析,并进行发动机台架试验,对比分析不同工况发动机两缸缸压和空燃比。结果表明:引起缸间不均匀性的原因是缸间进气和喷油的差异,小负荷主要影响因素为喷油差异,部分负荷主要影响因素为缸间进气差异,且随节气门开度的增大差异减小,为发动机均匀性控制的软硬件实现提供理论依据。Abstract: Targeting individual cylinder imbalance problem of two-stroke aircraft engine, the reasons of individual cylinder imbalance were analyzed by experiment combined with simulation, the engine Gamma technologies-power (GT-Power) one-dimensional simulation model was built, and the individual cylinder imbalance of different operating conditions was simulated and analyzed by cylinders pressure. The engine bench test was conducted, the two cylinders pressure and air-fuel ratio were analyzed comparatively, showing that the reasons of individual cylinder imbalance were inlet and fuel injection difference of cylinders, the main influential factor of small load was fuel injection difference, and the main influential factor of partial load was air inlet difference subjecting to decrease with the increase of throttle position. This has provided a theoretical basis for the realization of software and hardware of individual cylinder imbalance control.
