航空发动机叶片三坐标测量优化采样方法

Optimal sampling strategy for aero-engine blade inspection with coordinate measuring machine

  • 摘要: 针对航空发动机叶片三坐标检测测量效率低的问题,提出了一种适用于翼型曲面三坐标测量优化采样算法。基于杠杆平衡系统,对现有采样算法做了统一的数学描述;并通过引入挠率信息,使得曲率-弧长采样算法适用于空间曲线,并在此基础上研究了基于前、后缘线选取叶片被测截面的算法;研究了弧长分量与曲率分量的比例系数的优化方法。最后,对多个叶片模型进行采样实验,计算重构误差并与等参数采样、等弧长采样、曲率采样、等弦公差采样、加权曲率采样算法对比,结果表明优化采样算法精度提高11.2%以上,与等步长采样方法对比,测点数减少92.3%。
