The analysis model of oil film movement on the bearing chamber wall was proposed based on the experimental work abroad,and the impact analysis of some operation conditions was carried out.The results show that the flow of oil film presents cumulative characteristics in bearing chamber,the film thickness increase between two exports;the increase in speed reduces the film thickness,but it increases the mean velocity of oil film;with the increase of the intake volume flow,the thickness and mean velocity of oil film increases.Theoretical analysis and comparison with the experimental work show that,the proposed method of predicting physical movement of oil film based on the experiment in bearing chamber,is a valuable technical means for the study of movement mechanism of oil film in bearing chamber wall under limited experimental conditions,and for the thermal analysis and lubrication analysis of bearing chamber.
