Taking the bearing with elastic support as the object of study,nonlinear dynamics differential equation for the two-piece inner ring of angular contact ball bearing with elastic support,which coupled the outer ring and housing,was established.Fine integral method and predict-correct Adams-Bashforth-Moulton multi-step method were used to solve the nonlinear dynamic equations,and the vibration characteristics of two-piece inner ring of angular contact ball bearing with elastic support were analyzed and discussed.The analysis results show: (1) Magnitude of inner vibration can be significantly decreased from increasing the number of the groove joint.The thickness of the sleeve has small effect on inner vibration,and with the increase of the thickness,the amplitude value of the inner decreases first and then increases. (2) When the axial load has a small value,it is more helpful for decreasing the magnitude of bearing vibration when increasing the number of the groove joint.On the contrary,under the heavy axial load,it is beneficial for the stabilization of bearing when reducing the number of the groove joint. (3) There is a reasonable number of groove joints and thickness of sleeve for elastic support to obtain the minimum radial vibration amplitude of the bearing.
