    摘要:

    通过对航空发动机控制系统活门型孔的流量系数稳定性控制的方法进行研究,提出了一套能够将方形活门型孔转化为有规律排列组合小圆孔的算法,并通过实例验证了算法的正确性,同时转化误差小于0.7%,基本实现了工程意义上的等流量系数。该算法将加工工艺性差且计量精度低的方形活门型孔转化为有规律排列组合小圆孔,消除了方形型孔流量系数变化的影响,改变了活门型孔加工方法,减少了对人和环境的危害,提高了活门型孔的计量精度,减小了活门的液动力,具有极大的工程应用价值。 该算法可以实现将方形、梯形(含三角形)及其组合型孔等任意型孔的转化,具有工程上的普遍适用性。

    Abstract:

    By studying the method of flow coefficient stability control of valve hole in aero-engine control system, a set of algorithms for transforming the square hole into small circular holes with regular arrangement were proposed. The correctness of the algorithm was verified by an example, and the conversion error was less than 0.7%, which basically realized the constant flow coefficient in engineering sense. The algorithm converted the square holes with poor machining process and low measurement accuracy into small round holes with regular arrangement and combination. So the influence of changes in flow coefficient caused by square holes was eliminated, the processing method of the valve hole was changed, the hazards to people and the environment were reduced, the measurement precision of the valve hole was improved, and the hydraulic power of the valve was reduced, presenting great engineering application value. The algorithm can transform the square, trapezoid (including triangle) and its combined holes, showing universal applicability in engineering.
