A COMPUTATIONAL METHOD OF EXCITING FORCES GENERATED BY NOZZLE WAKES ON TURBINE BLADES

  • A computational method has been developed to solve the problem of two-dimensional compressible unsteady flow passing through a rotating blade row of turbine. This work aims at determining the exciting forces generated by nozzle wakes on the blades. The numerical results obtained show that the distribution of the exciting forces is different from that of the nozzle wakes.
