RESEARCH ON CONTROL TECHNIQUE OF BLADE FLUTTER

This paper summarizes our work on the control techniques of blade flutter in recent years. It involves a numerical method for predicting blade flutter boundary in all frequence range, the flutter characteristics of the blades with different disposition of the three centers, the flutter depression characteristics of the mistuning blades, the technique of aeroelastic tailoring for controlling the blade flutter, and the experimentation on a series of blade fluttering rotor designed by us to reproduce flutter.
