SIMULATION CACULATION AND ANALYSIS OF STEADY ERRORS IN A NONLINEAR SPEED CONTROL SYSTEM

A method of the digital simulation is used to analyse the steady characteristics of the nonlinear speed control system with dead zone and saturation in detail.The correlations of the system steady errors with the dead zone,ramp segment,saturation and disturbance are considered separately.It is pointed out that the steady errors are essential in the nonlinear control system substantially.According to the characters of the system in the whole control process.There are three feedbacks:First is proportion/velocity/proportion feadback,second is proportion and velocity feedback.
