A SIMILARITY AND INTEGRATION METHOD OF A RECTANGULAR JET

  • The similarity laws of a rectangular jet are summarized on the basis of the experimental data in literature.An integration method is also presented for calculating a constant-pressure,compressible rectangular jet to examine the stealth performance of the rectangular jet.The integration method gives a good prediction of the constant-pressure rectangular jet,and the calculated results agree well with the experimental data.A brief analysis of the stealth performance of the rectangular jet is described in the paper as well.
