Abstract

Using the rate of deformation tensor and the perturbed deformation displacement to de-compose the fluctuating velocity of turbulent flow,and then using density- weighted off- cen-tre ensemble average method,instead of the conventional Reynolds average,the N- Sequa-tion has been averaged in a new way.
