A NEW WAY TO SOLVE STEADY CREEP PROBLEM WITH FINITE ELEMENT METHOD

  • In this paper,a new way to solve steady creep with finite element method is presented for temperature dependent material properties of symmetric body. According to different material properties,initial strain rate method and general tangential stiffeness method are provided.A computing program is compiled.Some examples are analysed numerically to check its convergency and applicability.
