OPTIMIZATION DESIGN OF WHOLE CONSTRUCTION OF MULTISTAGE DISK

The optimization design of a whole construction of multistage disk,which is of great significance in practice,is the further development of optimization design of single stage disk configuration.The ways of auto shape description,strength calculation of single stage disk with finite element method,optimization and coordination composition of multistage disk and configuration optimization of all disks,are taken to develop the software SODMROD.The calculation examples are provided.This paper also introduces the principles of shape description of disk section as well as deduction of some formulas and the formulas which are used in the deformation calculation between disk and drum.
