RESONANCE INTERFERENCE ANALYSIS AND RELIABILITY ASSESSMENT FOR A FAILED TURBINE BLADE

  • A series of analyses for blades of second turbine in a given aeroengine have been accomplished such as vibration analysis,resonance analysis,modal stress analysis,and statistical analysis for the blade nature frequencies obtained in field and mass-production.The failures of the blades have been investigated by the synthesis of the obtained results and a resonance interference analysis.In result,the failure sources have been found out and some measures have been proposed for elimination of the failure modes.
