Abstract

Abstract

The integrity test of Liquid Rocket Engine (LRE) must be carried out before its launch.The tests include the leak detection of liquid propellant and other liquid systems.It is necessary to set up an automated propellant leak detection system.This paper summarizes the leak detection techniques of LRE,which are classified into groups and considered in details.Finally,several prospects of the leak detection techniques are presented.
