PRELIMINARY RESEARCH ON RELIABILITY DESIGN METHOD OF MECHANICAL COMPONENT VIBRATION

  • A method is presented to evaluate the reliability of a mechanical component vibration.An interference reliability model for the exciting frequency and the natural frequency of the component has been established.The reliability computation formula has been deduced by use of Goodman curve and its application conditions for the forced resonant response that can damage the component.In general,this method can be applied to the components,for which the modal frequencies can be separated,such as the turbine blades.
