  • We built a big scale inhale labyrinth heat transfer wind tunnel.Detailed experimental investigation on the flow field in the labyrinth cavity reveals the two dimensional velocity and pressure fields as well as vortix distribution in the flow field and local heat transfer coefficient distribution on the roof of labyrinths.Therefrom the influences of different Reynolds number and T/C on the velocity and pressure distributions in the cavity of the labyrinth and on the heat transfer coefficient of the labyrinth roof seal are found out.
