Stress Analysis for Single Crystal Blade and Application

  • In this paper,based on the mechanism of crystal slip and considering the lattice rotation and finite deformation,the crystallographic constitutive model for the plastic and creep behavior was established,a new finite element formulation was given.As an example of application,the stress and creep deformation analysis was carried out for the single crystal blade of a certain aeroengine.The application has shown the effectiveness of this new method.
