Study of Activating and Binding Mechanisms of Military Aviation Power Purchase

The purchase of military aviation power is a basic way of military aircraft in order to obtain power.Based on the analysis of present mechanisms of military aviation power purchase,and with a view to develop aircraft engine effectiveness,it was researched how to establish activating and binding mechanisms from breaking point of establishing mechanism,the principal-agent model in purchase,and the principle of mechanism design,and the pattern of mechanism design.
