Experimental Investigation of Parameter Measurements in An Axial-Flow Multistage Compressor

  • This paper details the experimental methods and results using the airfoil sensors to measure total pressure and total temperature distributions behind the rotors in a multistage axial-flow compressor.The experimental results demonstrate the experimental method is feasible,and the flow field data measured behind the rotor are believable.The airfoil sensors can decrease the influence of a plugged probe in the flow field behind the rotor.This paper investigates a new measuring method for studying matching in stages of multistage compressor.
