Stresses Analysis of Turbine Disk Based on B-P Constitutive Equations

  • Based on the Bodner-Partom visco-elastic-plastic constitutive theory,after developing a self-adaptive time integration method for the constitutive equation,a user defined subroutine was developed and implemented into the general purpose non-linear finite element software ANSYS.The software takes material deformation,cyclic and variable loading condition into account.Compared to the published results, it shows that the calculated results are satisfactory,and the accuracy and efficiency are acceptable.Further,stress analysis of a turbine disc based on B-P constitutive equations was carried out. The calculated results show that the coded subroutine can be applied to the nonlinear structure analysis of aero-engine hot sections.
