Numerical Investigation of the Optimal Endwall Fence Location with the Variation of Incidences

  • Numerical simulation has been carried out to investigate the variation of the optimal end-wall fence location with different incidences of compressor cascade.The results show that the optimal location is at 40% pitch away from the pressure side of the blade at positive incidences.At negative incidences, it has the trend to move near to the pressure side.
