Method of Fault Diagnosis and Fault-Tolerant Control for Actuator Loop in Aeroengine Digital Control System

  • A model-based aeroengine digital control system actuator loop fault diagnosis method and fault-tolerant control method for actuator position sensor fault control algorithm were put forward.These methods were implemented to a full authority digital engine control system and validated.The results show that these methods can greatly improve the successful rate and reduce the time necessary for actuator loop fault diagnosis.These methods are easy to implement and have good real time diagnosis capability.Thus,they have a significant effect on improving the reliability of aeroengine digital control system.
