By means of numerical simulation and experimental investigation,some comparison analysis of the different axial fan structure effects on performance was done.Through the analysis,causes of how improperly designed structures that were made by the production condition limitations affected the overall fan performance were found,in the meanwhile,locations of main loss generation were found also.The results show that the fan structure must be taken into consideration in the process of the original design,and thus the design aerodynamic parameters can be adjusted to match the actual structure of the products.
