Experimental Investigation on Thermally Driving Simulated Turbine Blade with Cooling Tunnels

  • Based on the fundamental studies of a turbine blade new cooling technique,the experimental investigation was carried out using a new experimental model with cooling tunnels in centrifugal field.The primary influence factors and heat transfer characteristics were studied.The results show that the rotational speed,density of heat fluxes and cooling air speeds significantly impact the thermally driving heat transfer effectiveness of the new cooling technique.The heat transfer effectiveness of this new cooling technique will be enhanced with the increase of the above mentioned parameters.
