    Abstract
  • Two-dimensional,axisymmetric,stationary,and incompressible Hagen-Poiseuille flow was numerically simulated with GAO-YONG turbulence model using SIMPLER(Semi-Implicit Method for Pressure-Linked Equations) method and PLS(Power Law Scheme).As a result,the calculation successfully simulates the flow and predicts the fundamental properties of the boundary layer,including the natural transition process,which are close to the experimental data.It verifies the adaptability of GAO-YONG turbulence equations to real turbulent flow.
