Investigation on Analytical Solution of One-Dimensional,Steady,Non-Equilibrium Transpiration Cooling

  • To analyze the error caused by the assumption of Local Thermal Equilibrium(LTE) in the problems of transpiration cooling,and to avoid the problem involved in the reasonable presentation of the boundary conditions in solving the differential equations of the Local Thermal Non-Equilibrium(LTNE),the heat conduction of the gaseous coolant in the pores of porous media was neglected.Based on this simplification,an analytical solution of the one-dimensional LTNE model was obtained.Using the solution,the key parameters controlling the variation trend from LTNE to LTE were analyzed,and a quantitative criterion to evaluate the LTE assumption was suggested.The factors that influence the effectiveness of transpiration cooling were also discussed.
