  • Aerodynamic redesign of an aero-engine centrifugal compressor impeller was presented.The goal is to increase efficiency by more than two percents.NUMECA Fine/Turbo was used as a numerical tunnel to ensure the design.Results show that the redesigned impeller successfully reached the goal.The experiences accumulated in this procedure are useful for similar impeller aerodynamic designs.
