Fault Simulation and Analysis for the Fluid Systems of LPRE Test-Bed

  • According to the static characteristics of the test-bed and the testing LPRE,this paper simulated the main faults effect of the test-bed.Transient characteristics of abrupt faults of the fluid systems were also simulated with the method of characteristic for one-dimensional incompressible transient duct model.Simulation model of the reductor and the pressurized tank were established,and then the fault simulation for the tank pressurization system was carried out with the finite element state-variable model.The aim of this paper is to acquire the static and dynamic faults characteristics of the test-bed.The results indicate that the simulation models and methods are applicable and effective enough to achieve this purpose.The simulation results and analysis can also be used to provide guidance for the test-bed maintenance and amelioration.
