Analysis and Experimental Study of the High Speed Flexible Rotor Dynamic Behaviors

  • A gas turbine rotor working speed is higher than the first critical speed of bending.For this rotor,the high-speed rotor dynamic behaviors and the sensitivity of the balance plane were calculated and analyzed.According to the calculated result the rotor supporting configuration was adjusted,and extensive dynamic experiments were carried out with a simulated rotor.The result of the calculation and experiment shows that appropriate supporting configuration and vibration depressing device can make the rotor cross the first bending critical speed smoothly and run steadily at working speed.
