Flow and performance calculation of absorber/thruster of solar thermal propulsion

  • Based on experimental data about large STP(Solar Thermal Propulsion),structural analysis and experimental condition estimation were made.By means of equal wall-temperature model and FLUENT software,inner-flow,heat-transfer and performance characteristics were calculated.Calculation results are in good agreement with experimental data.It has important meaning for design STP.
