Integrated inverse problem optimization method of through-flow design/airfoil design/CFD simulation for centrifugal compressors

  • An integrated inverse problem optimization method for through-flow design/airfoil design/CFD simulation of centrifugal compressors has been developed in this paper.Using the scheme of "DOE(design of experiments)+RSM(response surface model)+Approximate optimization",the relevant four-component-code system establishes an integrated parameterized optimization workbench for centrifugal compressors.A centrifugal compressor used in a micro-turbojet with a thrust of 100 N is optimized.And this fast optimization method is proved to be very effective.
