Investigation of dynamic response property of wide-chord hollow fan blade

  • Wide-chord hollow fan blade is the trend of future development.By means of numerical simulation,basic deformations and deformations under dynamic response were investigated through the analysis of mode characteristic and the study of dynamic response characteristic under the pulsed excitation.Results show that the blade mainly has flexural deformation as the blade vibrating,and the rotating speed of the blade must be within 6 000 rpm.The flexural vibratory deformation regulation and the structure of hollow with core board decide that the stress concentration should occur in somewhere of the center of blade basin with core board.In addition,the root of blade become into the area of stress concentration with the effect of centrifugal force under the blade's high rotating speed.
