Research on key control technology of micro turbine engine in centimeter size

  • Key control technology of micro turbine energy(MTE) in centimeter size was studied for engineering applications,based on MTE's characteristics.The starting control was firstly transformed for the targeted engine with reference to the starting control time sequence of MTE.The self-revised fuel supply technology was proposed for the first time in order to solve the startup problem of MTE.After the idle state,MTE's model was established by means of system identification,and a closed-loop PI with self-adjust feedforward was designed through simulation and experiments.The test run of MTE demonstrates that the control rules can ensure normal and reliable operation of MTE while meeting the requirements of performance indicators.
