Control strategy for piston ECU engine of small-size unmanned helicopter in overrunning stage

  • Dogleg control strategy was proposed for piston electronic control unit(ECU) engine of a small-size unmanned helicopter in overrunning stage,and then compared with traditional method of increasing rotational speed in fixed slope.Through analysis of engine ground test data,it's learnt that dogleg method can resolve efficiently the rich oil and overrunning problem,and achieve rotational speed control with strong robustness.
