    Abstract
  • With advanced industrial computed tomography(CT) non-destructive testing(NDT) technology,ration NDT was made for inner structure of precise equipments.Every component's assembling relation and fit clearance was determined from the CT image.Then,intact equipment's CT images were compared,and the fault locations were diagnosed along with a repair scheme.For fault-free precise equipments,NDT with industrial CT provides precise measurement functions,enabling you to recognize inner-rotating parts' abrasion or relative displacement among components.And,a maintenance plan could be prepared by deducing the running stage with possible faults in the future.
