State function for evaluating steady stress of aeroengine parts

  • According to the law of aerodynamic similarity, based on the stress obtained from FEM analysis under characteristic condition, state function was deduced for other operating conditions.This function can be used to determine steady stress and strain for any arbitrary operating conditions.This technique provides stress spectrum for the prediction of structure life.The method presented is valuable in life prediction and life management.
