Research of heat management for aircraft fuel system

  • To make full use of onboard fuel to cool down airborne equipments and systems as a cool source,the concept of heat management of aircraft fuel was presented.The flow rate,pressure,temperature and heat loss of various nodes in the fluid network could be obtained through mathematical modeling of key components in the fluid network of aircraft fuel system,e.g.the fuel pressure pump,turbine-pump,and pipeline network.This makes it possible to predict the inlet temperature before the heat changer and the engine in any circumstance.The research provides a basis for scientific comprehensive utilization of fuel and heat management of aircraft fuel system.
