Modeling of and simulation research on turbofan engine based on MATLAB/SIMULINK

  • A generic component-level simulation model of a turbofan engine was developed using graphical modularization technology in MATLAB/SIMULINKgraphical simulation environment.With modular block library of SIMULINKand S-function of MATLAB,the goal of this model is to develop a four-layered,modular and highly visible engine structure facing structural diagram.Dynamic simulation was made in SIMULINK,and the model was validated from test data curve.This provides a flexible simulation platform for future research on engine control and fault diagnostics.
