Numerical simulation of micromixing process inside micro mixer

  • This paper simulated numerically and experimentally the micromixing process inside a micro mixing channel without any flow turbulated ribs or spins.Results show that fluid flow into the two tangent direction inlet of the model produces vortex,and increases the mixing process.The mixing process is not well proportioned with the increasing Reynolds Numbers.The mixture is equally in the suitable extent of Reynolds number.The detailed distributions of mixture volume fraction inside the channel could be obtained.
