Abstract

Abstract

Adaptive squeeze film damper with metal rubber oil film ring(ASFD/MR) was designed to improve characteristics of the squeeze film force of the squeeze film damper(SFD).Comparative study on suppressing the non-synchronous response between ASFD/MR and SFD In this paper,was presented.It is shown that ASFD/MR has a well capability to suppress non-synchronous response and a better effect on reducing vibration.
