Application of boundary scan technique in electronic controller

With the development of electronic engine controller(EEC) in terms of performance and integration,the traditional test method can not meet the demand.Boundary scan technique was proposed to solve the problem of testing the kernel electronic circuit of EEC.A testing platform including a testing adapter and a testing circuit was designed.Testing experiment for the circuit was carried out based on boundary scan.The testing experiment of principal instructions was accomplished.Fault injection to testing circuit by boundary scan chain was realized,which can be used to validate the performance of the built in test(BIT) functions of EEC.
