Advantages of wavelet network in model identification were analyzed.By combining wavelet analysis theory,a wavelet network algorithm was designed based on error back propagation algorithm.Through simulation test for a kind of aero-engine,wavelet can predict the output of engine accurately and in time,meanwhile the engine fault can be detected through error analysis by wavelet transform.
