As a example,helicopter rotor blade was numerical simulated,adopting advanced arbitrary Lagrangian Eulerian(ALE)fluid-structure interaction algorithmic theory,with dynamic transient analysis software(MSC.Dytran).The results show that: the stress in the course of impact equals 199 MPa,but not oversteps yield limit of the blade material.Analysis results are important for improving the anti-impacting damage ability of helicopter rotor blades under bird impact.
