A numerical method with three-dimensional Reynolds averaged Navier-Stokes equations and the two-equation turbulence model shear stress transport(SST) model including the transition model was used to investigate the conjugate heat transfer problems of a turbine cascade called MARKⅡ,which was cooled with internal convection method.Under the conditions of various inlet turbulence intensities, the conjugate calculations were executed and the results were compared with the experimental data. The results show that the numerical method with the transition model has higher accuracy to predict the cascade surface temperature and external heat transfer coefficient(EHTC) distributions. The inlet turbulence intensity especially low inlet turbulence intensity has great effects on cascade surface temperature and heat transfer distributions, but has little effect on cascade surface pressure distributions.
