Design of vapourization type combustion heater with high temperature and pressure

  • A vapourization type heater fueled by kerosene with high temperature and pressure was designed for the certain thermal wind tunnel platform.According to performance requirements of the heater,the main components were designed,the air flow distribution and flowage parameters were calculated by the methods of flow resistance and one dimension flow.The experimental results show that the designed heater meets the demand for structural project,main components and overall performance and is valuable for engineering application.
