Experimental study on thermal-vibration test of thermal insulating component for cruise missile

As the need of thermal-vibration composite test for the high-speed vehicle,a thermal-vibration experimental simulation system was established.This experiment system included the vibration experiment system and the thermal experiment system.In the test process,the thermal experiment system simulated the heating process of high-speed cruise by the air,at the same time the vibration experiment system provided the flight vibration environment to the high-speed cruise.The results of the experiment show that this composite environment experiment system can provide a reliable basis for the safety flight of cruise missile under high-speed,high-temperature and vibration conditions.
